Counseling Resources
Crisis Resources:
Definition of Mental Health Crisis: A mental health crisis is a period of intense emotional distress or instability where a person's coping mechanisms are overwhelmed, and they need help beyond their usual support system.
- Spectrum Cares:
- The CARES team will interview the caregiver and youth to determine what the problems are, and how serious they may be. The goal of the C.A.R.E.S. program is to support families in resolving crisis situations in the home or community and to help prevent future crises. When you call Spectrum C.A.R.E.S. we’ll work with you to develop a plan.
