Transcript Requests

Copies of High School Transcripts

Current students: please contact your school counselor

Up to one (1) year after graduation: Complete the GIHS Transcript Request form below and email it to angelfarkas@gicsd.org You must include your name as it appeared when you were a student here, your month and year of graduation and the complete name and address of where you would like your official transcript mailed.

More than two (2) years after graduation: Requests be in written form, emailed or faxed to: Jude Kuehne, Grand Island Central School District, 1100 Ransom Road, Grand Island, NY 14072. Fax # (716)773-8895; judekuehne@gicsd.org. The following information must be included in the request:
